Increasing Customer Satisfaction through Training


Our Customer Service courses equip the learner with the skills and knowledge to provide high quality customer care in a range of settings. Typical roles include

Contact centre operator, Customer service assistant/manager, Hotel receptionist, Local government customer services officer, and Medical receptionist.



Learners take mandatory units on communication and the rules of customer service. They will then be able to choose from a range of option units covering different  areas such as promoting products and services, dealing with customer questions or complaints, or working in teams.


The Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service

Builds a firm foundation of communication skills and customer service knowledge to present a professional image to your customers. It is part of the Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service.


The Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service

develops supervisory skills in the customer service environment. It is part of theAdvanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service.
