  Quality Assurance

The Matrix Standard is the unique quality framework for the effective delivery of information, advice and/or guidance on learning and work. The purpose of the Matrix Standard is to provide a benchmark for organisations to assess/measure their advice and support services which ultimately support individuals in their choice of career, learning, work and life goals. Having originally achieved the standard in 2008 we were assessed again in 2012 and most recently in 2015 against the newer, more stringent standard. We are delighted to once again meet the standard and to receive recognition for the excellent work our Trainers and Assessors do supporting their learners.

As a contract holder with the Skills Funding Agency we are subject to stringent monitoring of our quality and effectiveness of training delivery. Minimum performance levels, customer feedback, financial audits and Ofsted Inspections are all in place to ensure that our learners and the organisations that work with us have a high quality experience with eTraining.

Apprenticeships are regulated by the Specification of Apprenticeship Standards for England, this determines the components of the Apprenticeship Framework, the guarantee of training input and the opportunity to learn at work and other standards which ensure everyone receives a similarly high standard of Apprenticeship.

Most Government funded learning is part financed by the European Social Fund, and the European Commission monitors our work to ensure that their funds are used correctly to improve the skills and employability of our learners.
